Georgia Southern Scholars

Welcome to Georgia Southern Scholars!

The GS Libraries are rolling out an all-new scholarly profile platform for Georgia Southern faculty called Georgia Southern Scholars. Our anticipated launch date is July 1st, 2024.

When GS Scholars launches, all tenure-track faculty will receive a personal scholarly profile. All research-active non-tenure track faculty may request a profile if they want one. Faculty will be able to edit their profiles as soon as GS Scholars goes live. Please note: GS Scholars will replace all SelectedWorks profiles, which will become inaccessible later this year. For more information, see the SelectedWorks Profiles page.

In addition to hosting scholarly profiles, GS Scholars integrates with Scopus and SciVal, two new research tools offered by the GS Libraries. Scopus is a multidisciplinary abstract and citation database with comprehensive coverage of scientific, technical, medical and social sciences literature. SciVal provides access to the research performance of over 24,400 research institutions and their associated researchers from 234 nations worldwide. For more information, see the Scopus & SciVal page.
