All tenure-track faculty at Georgia Southern University have a scholarly profile in GS Scholars. All research-active non-tenure track faculty may request a profile if you want one. Having trouble finding your profile or logging in? Contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.
Follow these instructions to log into your profile. Please note: If you receive a login error while off-campus, clear your browser cache or use an Incognito window and try logging in again.
You will now be redirected to your profile in GS Scholars. If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.
For tenure-track faculty, if you are unable to log into GS Scholars or you don't see your profile on the GS Scholars website, please contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.
The GS Commons Team requests updated faculty reports from the Division of Academic Affairs twice per year following the fall and spring add/drop periods. Profiles for new faculty may not become available until a few weeks after the fall and spring add/drop periods end. The GS Commons Team will contact new faculty as their profiles become available.
All research-active non-tenure track faculty may request a profile if you want one. To request a profile, please contact the Associate Deans of Research (ADR) for your college. The ADR will either create a profile for you or forward your request to the GS Commons Team. If you have any questions, please contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.
Any faculty member who wishes not to be included in GS Scholars should contact their Associate Dean of Research (ADR). Any requests received by the GS Commons Team will be forwarded to the appropriate ADR. If you have any questions, please contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu.
For help, contact the GS Commons Team at digitalcommons@georgiasouthern.edu. A team member will respond as soon as possible during regular business hours.
