Overview

The Scholarly Communications On Demand Workshops series at Georgia Southern assists faculty and graduate students in developing their knowledge and skills in scholarly communication. Through these self-paced workshops, participants can learn about topics throughout the research and publication lifecycle. The workshops are focused on author-level and journal-level metrics and tools: 

Author-Level Metrics and Tools:

  • Your Research Identity: Identifiers and Online Profiles
  • Measuring Your Scholarly Impact

Journal-Level Metrics and Tools:

  • Evaluating Journal Quality and Impact
  • Journalytics Academic (including Predatory Reports)

Select the tab for the workshop you wish to take and complete the registration form;  A link to the workshop page will be provided when you complete your registration.

At the end of the workshop, you will be prompted to complete a reflection survey when you can opt to request a certificate of completion.
