Linking to Library Resources

Create shareable links to library databases and resources.

Link to a Resource

To create a shareable link to a specific resource in Gale Literature Criticism (formerly Contemporary Literary Criticism), open the database using the link on the Libraries' A-Z Database List, locate the resource, then:

1. Click Get Link.

2. Click Copy.

First, click Get Link. Then, click Copy.

3. Open the OpenAthens Link Generator in a separate window.

4. Type Georgia Southern University in the Find your organization search bar.

5. Select the drop down result for Georgia Southern University.

Next, type Georgia Southern University into the Search Bar. Then, select the drop down result for Georgia Southern University.

6. Paste the URL into the Enter more links box.

7. Copy the OpenAthens link that appears on the right side of the screen. 

Next, paste the URL into the Enter more links box. Then, copy the OpenAthens Link.

Share this link with Georgia Southern students, faculty, and staff. This link should work on or off campus.

Link to a Result List

To create a shareable link to a specific list of results in Gale Literature Criticism (formerly Contemporary Literary Criticism), open the database using the link on the Libraries' A-Z Database List, conduct your search, then:

1. Click Get Link.

2. Click Copy.

First, click Get Link. Then, click Copy.

3. Open the OpenAthens Link Generator in a separate window.

4. Type Georgia Southern University in the Find your organization search bar.

5. Select the drop down result for Georgia Southern University.

Next, type Georgia Southern University into the Search Bar. Then, select the drop down result for Georgia Southern University.

6. Paste the URL into the Enter more links box.

7. Copy the OpenAthens link that appears on the right side of the screen. 

Next, paste the URL into the Enter more links box. Then, copy the OpenAthens Link.

Share this link with Georgia Southern students, faculty, and staff. This link should work on or off campus.
