SelectedWorks Profiles for Faculty

Annual evaluation season is the perfect time to maximize your freshly updated CV — by adding new works to your SelectedWorks profile. Faculty are invited to send their current CV to DigitalCommons@GeorgiaSouthern.edu to request an update of recent scholarly contributions to an existing profile.

If you don’t have a SelectedWorks profile yet, not to worry! SW profiles are easy to set up and maintain. Simply send your current CV and a recent headshot to the Georgia Southern Commons Team and we’ll build your profile for you. Benefits of a SelectedWorks profile include:

  • Organize and preserve scholarly information and works in one place
  • Increase discoverability through search engine optimization
  • Integrated analytics tools, including PlumX Metrics
  • Publications and presentations featured in Georgia Southern Commons Faculty Research Works collections
  • Inclusion in the Expert Gallery helps develop cross-disciplinary collaborations
