Special Collections presents exhibits and forums for lectures, presentation and academic discussions throughout the year. Special Collections materials are usually on exhibition on the second floor of Henderson Library near the Student Tech Desk and on the first floor of Lane Library near the Circulation Desk.
Georgia Archives Month is an opportunity to recognize Georgia’s rich history and to highlight the many ways historical records enrich our lives.
During Georgia Archives Month, uncover the curiosities stored in Special Collections, as we explore hidden gems of historical memory through a living exhibition. Every weekday in October, GS Libraries will reveal an unexplored or little-known item from its vaults... Visit the reveal each day or follow on Instagram.
