What is Electronic Delivery?

Most libraries send scans of articles and book chapters to us in electronic format. Those scans are accessible via your ILLiad account in PDF format. They will stay there for 30 days before automatically self-destructing. They come straight to your account from the supplying library to speed up service to patrons. Please alert us immediately if there is any problem with an electronically received article.
