What is Document Delivery?

At Georgia Southern Libraries (GSL), it refers to supplying scans of articles from our print and online journals, scans of book chapters, and pulling books that we own from our collection for our patrons. It also means mailing ILL books as well as books from our collection to eligible users upon request. Eligible users for the mailing service are current Faculty, Staff and Distance Learners.

Scanned items will stay in the patron’s ILLiad account for 30 days before automatically self-destructing. You can view, download, and/or print them as often as you wish during that time.
