e-Books for Eagles

Welcome to the e-Books for Eagles Research Guide.  Here you will learn how to find, download and use an e-Book that is available through the Zach S. Henderson Library collections.  The specific platforms discussed in this guide will be EBSCOhost eBooks, eBook Central (ProQuest), Overdrive and GIL-Find.

Use this search bar to look in the Henderson Library catalog to find ebooks.  You may use the 'Show Only' and 'Refine My Results' sections in the top left corner of the results page to narrow your search to 'Full Access Online' and 'Books'.  Selecting these limiters will give you our ebooks.

What:

e-Books are digital, or electronic, forms of a printed book that can be downloaded and viewed on an electronic device. 

When:

e-Books are available when a book is not checked out or on hold.

Where:

e-Books can be found using the Library's GIL-Find catalog, Discover @ Georgia Southern or through one of several e-Book databases that are provided by the Library.
