It includes includes a range of practices that school leaders may consider integrating to build trust and foster well-being for all in the learning environment. The strategies in this self-assessment are designed to align and integrate efforts related to trauma-informed care, SEL, and equity that are critical for addressing adversity and fostering resilience in school communities. Many of these efforts require intensive, long-term support to fully realize, and ongoing support will be needed from all in the school community to support this vision.

This is useful not just for school leaders but leaders in libraries as well.
