My name is Chandler Kirkland, a Sophomore Electrical engineering student from Albany, Georgia. Before coming to Georgia Southern I was a student at Ohio Northern University where I played NCAA football. Even before that, I was a student at Westover highschool. And even before that, I was long time student at Sherwood Christian Academy. 

Since I am only 21 years old, I do not yet have many major life accomplishments, but I carry ambition to do well in life. 

My interests revolve mainly around science, so I have always been a fan of the sci-fi genre.

I am a long time gamer and have developed a interest for most things electrical/digital. I have spent most of my early internet days playing video games online. From there I learned how awesome it is to live in a global world. In 2017, we have both planes and internet. This makes humanity very well connected compared to previous generations. I live in the United States but can easily have a conversation with someone from the other side of the world because of the technology that exists today. I just like to enjoy the small things in life. There is always new things to learn and new places to go. This makes travel somewhat of a passion for me.
