We have created an interactive map and a story map to better illustrate where printing started and how far it has taken us. Our story map goes into detail of various works dealing with early print, and our map is hands on, so you can click on different locations to find out what works of literature were created there.

The three icons above me all had opinions on the rise of print. In my story map I summarized all of their viewpoints.
I honestly enjoyed this project and its depthness. I do not work well in groups, so I was fine with getting a particular task (map) and making it into my own. Putting the spreadsheet into to "Esri" app to create the info tabs on the map was pretty neat to me. The reason for this is because its crazy to me how intelligent our technology is to be able read a file that was created by multiple people. Not to mention the spreadsheet had a numerous amount of information. All in all I struggled a little learning to how use the websites necessary, but once it was done I felt I had made a huge breakthrough. I really enjoyed this class all together and hope to keep learning about digital humanities.

The three sites above all did version of my project. They all created an interactive map or story map of somewhat. I compared and contrast what we did in common.
