Once you begin opening reports, you’ll soon find images you want to save for future reference, or for a mood board. How?
Method 1: Just hover your cursor over the image you want. You’ll see a toolbar appear over the right-side margin of the image. (See example below. Click the image and select the image icon to save the image to your Image Bank.
Method 2: Click on the menu button (displayed as ≡ horizontal lines) on the left side of the screen to open your image bank, then drag and drop your image from the right side of the screen into a folder on the left side of your screen. (See image below.)
To view the images you’ve saved, click on “IMAGE BANK.” (Tip: If you don’t see images you recently saved, click back and forth between your Image Bank and Menu items until they show up.)
Create Folders: In the sample Image Bank above, the user has already saved many images. It’s best to organize images into folders as soon as possible. Otherwise, your image collection becomes an overwhelming mishmash.
Click on the “ADD FOLDER” icon to create a new folder; give it a name that makes sense to you. (Not sure what to name your folder? Folder names could be based on a fashion theme, a class number and assignment name, an aesthetic, a designer, a style, etc.) Once you have created a folder, drag newly-saved images from the Image Bank on the right-side to the folder you’ve created on the left side. Click on the folder name (left side) to see images within that folder.
You can take any of Fashion Snoops reports, color maps, mood boards or merchandising matrices and make it your own. Each element that you take comes with an extensive collection of supporting images - so you not only get a head start in the right direction but also the insight you need to make the right version for you.
STAR At the top of every report/board/palette, you will see an outlined star. Upon clicking on the star, that file will be automatically saved in your CREATE space. This is one of the easiest ways to export FS report/board/palette into CREATE for later use.
The starred files can be retrieved in CREATE --> Projects --> Starred --> Reports/Boards/Palettes. (Click on the Create Content tab above for more information)
