  • How many people can play this game?

Though this game is possible to complete solo, we recommend gathering some teammates to help you! It Is designed for up to 5 players per team.

  •  Is there a time limit?

As a Course Reserve item, we encourage you to aim to complete the game within 2 hours, but you are welcome to play for as long as you'd like. BE SURE TO CHECK IT BACK IN WHEN YOU'RE DONE.

  • Can I use a smartphone or other mobile device?

Yes! You are able to play with a mobile device. However, for teams of 3 or more, we suggest a using laptop or desktop computer to ensure everyone has access to the screen. For more immersive gaming, use an oversized monitor, if possible. 

  • What is the object of the game? How do I win?

As you explore the contents of the case and the LibGuide, solve the digital puzzle prompts and keep track of your clues via notepads provided. Once you've solved all of the mini-puzzles, attempt the Final Puzzle on the READY TO SOLVE page. Input your answers and see if you can crack the code.... Don't forget to ENTER YOUR EMAIL at the end to be entered into the winners' raffle.

  • What do I do when I'm done?

Be sure to share your thoughts with us via our online form. Please also be sure to check the Inventory Card provided to ensure all materials are present. Place everything back in the box and return to the Access Desk. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESET THE GAME. Our team will do that for you.

  • When will the winner(s) be chosen?

After Georgia Archives Month has ended, we will draw a winner at random and contact them via email. Individuals players will receive the full gift card amount, while teams are encouraged to split the prize winnings. 

  • What is the Winning Prize?

A $100 gift card to Three Tree Coffee Roasters, to be shared among all team players.
