Henderson Library Study Room Reservations: Study Room Policies

This guide provides information on study rooms available for reservation at the Zach S. Henderson Library.

Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Georgia Southern Students, Faculty, and Staff can reserve a Room (an active Georgia Southern email address is required to reserve the room and to log into computers in the spaces)
  2. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 hours per day.
  3. Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance.
  4. The Access Services staff can provide instructions on how to use the equipment if necessary.
  5. Users are asked to (1) turn off/log off all equipment in the room prior to leaving and (2) return the room to its original state.
  6. Food and drink are permitted. However, the requester of the room assumes all responsibility for any damages (facility or equipment) that may occur while using the room.
  7. The room cannot be held by leaving personal belongings inside. The library is not and will not be responsible for items left in the room. Unattended items will be taken to the Lost & Found at the Circulation Desk on the second floor.
  8. Users agree to leave promptly when their reservation time comes to an end and the next group arrives.
